Visual Hub - 2008/04/10 08:43 Recently getting a new iPod nano 8gb, I have been looking into video conversion, a topic I havn't had much luck with.
There are countless apps available, a lot of which seem to be a waste of time and money.

I have also been looking for a converter for MKV to AVI as I have a lot of HD content and MKV isn't really compatible with my media network setup.

I came across Visual Hub which seemed to do everything I needed, and it really does.

Great app, converts any file even the 6gb MKV video files, with a presetting for iPod in which you can select preferred video quality, screen size etc.
The application also allows for multiple video conversions, so I set a conversion of a tv series, and it converted them all, then I was able to watch them in the iPod.

Great app, ran smoothly and at a good price.

PS> This app would be ideal for everyone who is moaning that they can't watch the Podcast on their apple TV's

Hope this helps.
