I have found this great site: http://blip.tv/ it is absolutely fantastic. You sign up instantly, click on "Upload" and enter a title and description. You then upload your files that you want. You can upload almost any file format (even wmv) and it will convert the source file to flv for you. It gives you a sub-domain upon signup and gives you an iPod link, and RSS link and gives you your own "You Tube" style video page. It is free and as far as I know, has no restrictions.
