Joomla - 2006/12/18 20:08 I enjoy your show a great deal. I have been using joomla to create a website for my brother's business he is opening. I started using it because of your show on joomla. It is a great way to make a website. I was amazed at how easy. I created a homepage of my on before in straight html and it took me a little longer. I was wondering if you guys could help me with something? I am trying to find a extension for joomla that will allow me to have a picture gallery. I need something a little different then the regular picture gallery. I would like it to take pictures form a site that I already have my pictures on. I do not want it to be just a link to the other site. I would like it to look like a picture gallery. I looked through all of the extensions on the joomla.org site. I use fotki.com to save my photos. I would be greatfull for any help from you guys or your fans. Thank you.

Re:Joomla - 2006/12/19 13:38 I too have taken a look at the joomla components and think this could be difficult. You could look at some tool that would replicate the images between sites, so that when a new image is posted on site a it is ftp'd to site b.

I wish you luck with that project.

Nick.

Re:Joomla - 2006/12/19 15:30 I wanted to try and do it that way because I did not want to use space on my hosting server. With fotki.com I pay $30US a year and get unlimited storage for photos of any size.

Re:Joomla - 2006/12/19 15:32 Also I tried registering for this site but I have never got a email to verify. I looked in my spam folder and could not find it there either.
