In this weeks video training screencast: Nick takes a look at producing a podcast single handed with the help of Screenflow from Vara Software. It's a pretty action packed episode in which we take a look at the new cross os application platform from Adobe called "Air". Nick also gets to grips using Jungle Disk and Amazon S3 online backup solution and if that was not enough he demonstrates his animation skills using iStopmotion from Bionx.
