I think you might enjoy the widows mobile HTC phone.
It comes with a unique device, it's a stick that you use to prod the screen with and also doubles as your own personal toothpick which can be stored away in a hole in the casing. It looks very much like an iPhone except one that's had too many maccy dee's.
The slide out keypad is just great and as I recall you are still quite young which would be perfect, because it requires a set of fingers that haven't quite reached adulthood yet.
I don't think that these phones suffer with reception problems due to the way you hold them because it's not possible to get your hand all the way round it!
Not that that makes much difference you would be that embarrassed to own one you'd never get the thing out of your pocket not even to poke it with it's little stick.

Hah! Lol, then again, I'm over 6ft tall now and I have larger hands than most adults I've met.
I was thinking about getting the Motorola Milestone or another Android phone (maybe the LG one on the adverts at the moment). See, I don't actually use my phone for music all that much (I like having my iPod there instead) but I still make phone-calls and I still text.

The only thing with the white iPhone, if someone was to purchase one, I'd be thinking about is the saleability. Like my E72. I had the option of the black on the white one. I don't actually care but know, with the iPhone craze, people wanting white ones, that I'd be able to sell it on easier (which I may do as the latest firmware as killed its usability. You can't type on it properly now as there is a slightly delay so doesn't register some of the key presses).
